This historic space, once used for pressing and fermenting the grapes, still preserves original tools and stone structures. It offers a rare and fascinating glimpse into centuries-old wine traditions that are disappearing from everyday life. • Guided tasting of 3 local wines with rich aperitivo The experience continues inside the ancient and charming estate, to enhance the sensory pleasure of tasting. You will sample three wines from the Valle della Cupa, each selected to show a different facet of Salento’s viticultural identity. Giorgia will guide you through aromas, flavors and winemaking techniques in a simple, engaging, and accessible way—ideal for both beginners and wine lovers.
