Welcome to a true home cooking experience, where tradition and hospitality come together in an intimate and authentic atmosphere. At our “home restaurant,” it all starts with a warm welcome in a space reminiscent of our grandparents' home: the aroma of dishes being prepared, the simmering of pots, and the warmth of the kitchen that makes you feel like part of the family. Together, we will prepare traditional recipes and seasonal dishes. It will be a journey through local flavors, where we will rediscover traditional dishes such as cicirata in chicken broth, minestra maritata (fish soup), Carnival calzoni with pork ragù, and many other delicacies that tell the story of our region. There will be no shortage of field vegetables and wild natural products, such as chicory, sivoni (a type of chicory), and cardoncelli mushrooms, for simple, flavorful dishes enhanced by extra-virgin olive oil and fresh, authentic ingredients. During the experience, each guest will be actively involved in the preparation process, learning techniques and secrets that have been passed down for generations, just as they would in a real family kitchen. Amidst conversation and laughter, you will discover stories and anecdotes related to the dishes, experiencing moments of pure conviviality. At the end, we will all sit down together at the table to enjoy what we have prepared, raising a toast to tradition and good company.
