Work side by side with professional chefs at your own station and follow each step of the process, from the first ingredients to the final dish. Start by preparing your tiramisu, then move on to fresh pasta dough, made entirely by hand. Roll, shape and create your fettuccine and ravioli step by step, guided throughout the experience. You will also choose your preferred sauce from a selection of classic Roman recipes, adding a personal touch to your final dish.
