Nestled among the vineyards of Sorbara, the historic Paltrinieri farmhouse dates back to the 1800s and consists of a circular farmyard overlooked by the agritourism facility and the family's vinegar cellar.
You will be welcomed into a relaxing setting to rediscover the wholesome pleasures of traditional Modenese cuisine.
While you enjoy the experience, your little ones will be free to play in our large, fenced-in garden, which features a play area.
Your balsamic experience will begin at the agritourism facility: you will be able to enjoy excellent homemade pasta, vegetables grown in our garden, and lovingly prepared desserts, all cooked according to time-honored family recipes and enhanced with our Balsamic Vinegar.
We offer a full menu that includes:

After lunch, one of our guides will take you to the historic vinegar cellar, where
you will learn about the processing, maturing and aging methods of this most precious of condiments.
An expert will guide you through a sensory tasting experience, carried out by the spoon, to help you appreciate every nuance: a thick, glossy drop that releases intense, captivating aromas.
On the palate, it is smooth, balanced, and lingering, offering a perfect harmony between sweetness and acidity.

The visit will conclude in the “Bottega di Acetaia Paltrinieri,” where you can purchase Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO, Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI, condiments, and many other artisanal products directly from the producer.
Our facility has a large parking lot for cars and coaches. We are easy to reach: our farm is located 15 kilometers (9 miles) from the Modena Nord highway exit.
