This Workshop will be your chance for becoming so familiar with the tipical dishes that made our city so famous all over the world. We will preparing together some tipical pasta dishes, such as tortelloni, farfalle and tagliatelle and the real ragu of Bologna, following the original receipe of our nonnas. At the end, a lunch or dinner is offered including wine, water, coffee, and a sweet surprise. Stay with us if you like to spend some time with a local family tasting the authentic food of Bologna.
