I'm Francesco, a 25-year-old chef inviting you to a slow and authentic cooking experience in an ancient Tuscan Farmhouse located between Siena and Arezzo.
My name is Francesco Borsari, and cooking has always been my way of telling stories—about the land, family traditions, and cherished memories. I invite you to enjoy a truly authentic experience in my family’s countryside farmhouse, nestled among the rolling green hills of Tuscany, between Arezzo and Siena.
Surrounded by breathtaking views, olive trees, and the peaceful rhythm of rural life, we will cook together traditional Tuscan dishes using local, organic, and seasonal ingredients. During the class, you’ll learn how to make fresh handmade pasta from scratch, prepare rich and flavorful sauces, and discover timeless recipes passed down through generations of Tuscan home cooking.
This is a hands-on and relaxed experience, where I will guide you step by step, sharing cooking techniques, local traditions, and stories connected to the land. The atmosphere is warm and informal—just like cooking at home with friends.
At the end of the class, we will sit down together to enjoy the meal we have prepared, accompanied by local wine, celebrating good food, laughter, and meaningful connections. Whether it’s lunch or dinner, depending on your chosen start time, this shared table moment is the heart of the experience.
This is more than just a cooking class—it’s an immersive journey into the heart of Tuscany, where food becomes a way to connect with people, culture, and place, in an unforgettable countryside setting between Arezzo and Siena.
