Experience a unique journey through archaeology, nature, and taste in the Arezzo countryside. The visit kicks off with a presentation of the principles of permaculture and the eight historic vines, inherited from the grandfather and grafted over 65 years ago—some now nowhere else to be found.
Accompanied by an expert guide, you'll visit the estate's two wineries to discover the secrets of natural and sustainable winemaking. The highlight will be the climb to the Orci hill, where the wines are aged in handmade amphorae, insulated with beeswax and buried just like the ancient Etruscans did over 2,500 years ago.
The visit ends with a guided tasting of three glasses of our natural wines, paired with Etruscan-Roman recipes prepared with local seasonal products. The experience is also suitable for celiacs or guests with food intolerances.
